2.created boot disk using jst the files in the 2003 folder in the root directory
3.created boot disk using files in root and putting xp files in root directory
none of these appear to work, says its the wrong one and cant load it!!
Anybody got any suggenstions? alex

Hello,
Vista 64 requires 64-bit drivers that have been signed by the manufacturer .... it will not work with 32-bit drivers from windows xp ... are you sure that your drivers are 64-bit?

Give up and try again when RC1 is released? Drivers are no good then thats it.
You could just stick a spare drive in the PC and unplug your raid drives and install Vista on a straight IDE, it will no doubt be fine then; plus you would not inadvertantly destroy your XP/Raid installation, the new Vista boot does some unexpected things, its Beta ya know.
